Dr Cannon was highly unprofessional and did not care to hear anything I had to say. He entered to room with arrogance presuming I had one thing in mind for my child's treatment, surgery, of which in fact was the priority to avoid. Instead of educating me on helpful methods he dismissed my child's discomfort and ended our appointment.

Very rushed appointment. My son's PCP and I had concerns that were dismissed within seconds of the appointment starting. While nothing may be wrong with my son, the provider could have taken more time to listen instead of dismissing everything.

Dr. Cannon was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and gentle. He explained everything to me very thoroughly and I felt comfortable with him performing surgery on my son.
