All personnel including Med Assistant, Resident and Doctor where personable and professional. All showed concern over my condition and health.

Both the PA and the physician were very comprehensive in their descriptions of my medical needs and options for treatment. They walked me through my xrays and pointed out the trouble areas in layman terms and mapped out a best case scenario and a worst case scenario for treatment to ensure there were no surprises.

As I said before I felt rushed and not taken care of at all.

I have been a patient of Dr Goitz several years, including several hand procedures. Every appointment I have had ran smoothly and efficiently. Never rushed either. I never worry about scheduling an appointment and going back to work. The Fellows are always friendly and professional. Everything seems to be organized and in sync. I have referred many friends to that practice with confidence.

Dr. Goitz and his assistant, Bryan, explained everything to me. They gave me all the options and then let me decide if surgery was right for me. They did not try to push me into a surgery if I wasn't ready and they provided other options if I chose to not have the surgery. I would recommend them to anyone!
